Jasmine was restrained
until she appeared to have a seizure, and was taken to the hospital – all
because she tried to comfort her sister.
Jasmine's sister Megan was upset. Jasmine tried to pick her up. The staff broke them up and restrained Jasmine. Megan was removed from Jasmine's view.
The restraints went on for a long time. When Jasmine was finally released, she heard screaming. Jasmine ran toward the screaming. Staff grabbed her, pinned her to the ground and restrained her for an extended period of time again. At one point, her hands clenched and she began to flail.
After Jasmine was noticeably altered. She was breathing heavily, her eyes rolled into her head, and her tongue thrust in and out of her mouth.
